  I have had this company work on my house before and I have to say that I was pleased with the promptness and the results of the work. They answered all of my questions, offer competetive rates, and were generally professional and courteous. It is with mixed emotions that I write this. I will omit names as I do not want to single anyone out. I recently arranged for them to come out to do some more repairs on my house and the experience was frustrating and infuriating, at best. Communication was virtually non existent and when I finally nailed them down on a date, I was told that there was a miscommunication and they would have to come the day before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, this arrangement did not work for me so the repairs had to be pushed back further. I took time off work and waited in the house all day long. I finally got a call back after 3:00 pm. While the workmanship was good on my past jobs, I cannot offer an endorsement of this company. If I had not committed to Arocon, I would have found another company to do my work. I have other repairs I need done and I will have to consider finding another contractor as I am not confident the work will be up to standard. I hope the workmanship is better than their customer service. I hoe that I will be able to recant this when the work is done.
